Dr. Lofgren was the dentist that my husband and I went to when his office was in West Plains.  We were so sad when he sold that practice!  When we found out he had started up a practice in Springfield, we dropped the dentist we had gone to after Dr. Lofgren left. It’s worth driving an hour and a half to Springfield.  The staff is friendly and professional, the prices are tremendous, the work is excellant and it’s just an overall positive experience.

These words are directed to you as my way of saying “Thank You.”  Thank you for extending yourself and staff to living up to the chosen name of your dental practice “Giving Back Dental.”  Over the past 5 years, I have been treated by two “top” dentists in Springfield.  An exam, full set of x-rays, evaluation for treatment, cost estimate and credit card application was given to me.  No reasonable plan of action, that was affordable and within my reach, was provided for a healthy return for my all around general health.  As we know, if your mouth is not healthy then other parts of your body become in a poorer state which creates other health issues within one’s body.  I would wish the other area dentists would follow your example of “Giving Back.”  You are truly “Giving Back.” You have given me a return to my self esteem.  You are giving me an opportunity to dental care and a quality treatment at prices that are affordable.  You have given me a plan that is attainable over the next year to “fix every tooth” in my mouth.  The information, explanation that your staff provided me with is educating and will allow my four employees to become your patients for their return to reasonable health in 2010.  Your service extends beyond just providing dental care.  The “Almighy Buck” does not rule in your environment.  I wish to personally thank Kelly for extending herself, talent, care and concerns for the esthetiques of my front teeth.  I would have never dreamed to a full smile before.  They look “Beautiful!” Yes, you do give back in so many ways.  So, the words thank you seem a small token of my expression.  My sincere thankfulness is extended to you and your loving staff for providing and caring for my health.  I look forward to next month’s treatment.
